PPM 50 LIGHT RAILCAR ALLOCATED RUNNING NUMBER FOR USE ON NATIONAL RAIL NETWORK
As part of the preparations for operation of a PPM 50 light railcar on the Stourbridge Town branch of Network Rail, light rail innovator Parry People Movers Ltd and train operator Pre Metro Operations Ltd have been notified of the running number that will be used.
On the Rolling Stock Library database, the PPM 50 vehicle has been allocated the identification 999 900.
It will not be the only "-00" vehicle to be seen at Stourbridge, as the three cars of the prototype "Sprinter" unit 150 001 are similarly numbered and are operated by Central Trains on Birmingham suburban services through Stourbridge Junction.

NOTES
